Returns

All returns must be made within ten (10) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

Return Process

Our representative will guide you through the complete return and refund process. After you have followed the given steps, your return request will start processing within the mentioned time period.

Once you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used products
• Damaged items not reported at delivery
