Returns

• You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@irfarm.com

Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
